Dijkzeul Co-Authored Joint Literature Review in the IRRC
Prof. Dr. Dennis Dijkzeul, Professor in Conflict and Organization Research at the Institute for International Law of Peace and Armed Conflict (IFHV), has recently co-authored a literature review of Jöel Glasman's "Humanitarianism and the Quantification of Human Needs: Minimal Humanity", published in the International Review of the Red Cross (IRRC). The review explores Glasman’s central thesis and key messages, providing valuable insights for researchers and practitioners on the complexities of integrating quantitative metrics with humanitarian values and actions.
This joint review appears in the IRRC's "Beyond the Literature" section and is available via Cambridge University Press here.
